I was panicking where this was getting to, Sachin shamelessly repeated it in the local lingo. I looked at Uma expecting her to walkout of here. She calmly said “Sachin the first time I came here with Krishna you felt my butt. Today you felt my thighs and panty”.
Everyone now stared at Sachin who did not have a face to show. Uma continued “I did not object because I did not want ruin the mood on the table and also thought you will stop but you did not. I am sure you all have girlfriends, do you all feel fine sharing her with each other”?
Except the background music there was pin drop silence at the table. Uma said “are none of you man enough to answer my question? Your friend sitting next to you touches and fingers your girlfriend and you are going to keep quiet”?
Avinash my other friend said “Uma we are all very sorry and apologize for what happened. I promise you this will never repeat again”. Everyone except us got up and went to the exit pulling Sachin with them.
I looked at Uma and said “phew that was something, I am out of words. I don’t think I could have handled it like this”. She said “don’t worry, you taught me how to stand up for myself”.
About 15minutes later everyone came back, Sachin apologised to Uma and left. Everyone else sat at the table and now they were only talking in the local lingo engaging Uma.
Soon the music got louder with some hit dance numbers playing, Uma asked “do you want to dance with me”? My head was already reeling with her new changed behaviour, not waiting for my answer she got up and pulled me to the dance floor.
She made me hug her from behind like I always do swaying with the music. She smooched me a few times in front of everyone and all eyes were on us, it did not matter a wee bit to her now.
After sometime she said “can we dance like that couple over there”? The couple she was pointing to were doing naughty stuff under the cover of dancing, I was really shocked and shitting bricks now.
Uma held my hand around her waist and started swaying her body and mine with the music. The shy and uncomfortable girl from yesterday had suddenly transformed into a modern day bold woman without any worries or shyness.
This was much more than I was expecting, right now I didn’t have the balls to stop her or tell her anything so I continued dancing quietly. After sometime she turned around and kissed me and said “do you want to go back to the table now”?
I said yes. We sat again at the table, Uma poured another round of beers and looked at everyone. I saw all my friends were as dazed as me because of her actions today.
Soon I settled our bill and we left from there. I remained dazed thinking about her till we reached home. After we got fresh and settled on the sofa, Uma brought a beer and sat in my lap.
She said “I hope you did not mind my behaviour today with your friends”? I said “absolutely no, I am confident now you can handle everything”. She said “now that Mary knows about Rizwan and me, how can I go back there”?
I said “why do you worry, even Mary was enjoying with him before you right? You go as if nothing changed”. She said “fine if you say so”. I said “actually now that Mary knows it is even better for you because you no longer need an excuse to go meet Rizwan”.
