He looked at his father and was amazed noticing his uninterrupted smiling face and oblivious reaction. He could understand why his father was the all time greatest actor of Bengal.
“Is ‘Rakhibandhan’ completed,” His mother asked his Didi gesturing her to give the baby.
“Yes Mamoni, but this year you weren’t present…. it’s bad. You know after ‘Rakhibandhan’, we get your heavenly blessing…. this year we’ve missed that,” Soma replied with a sad smile as she put her son to her mother’s lap.
“Sorry Sona, you know our family is now facing the serious financial problem as forecasted by Swamiji and I’ve to go to the Ashram to take his valuable advice so that we could come out from that vicious grip,” She replied. “But don’t worry, our blessing is always with you, Sona”.
Then looking at her cute grandson’s smiling face, Supriyadevi’s heart filled with joy and she could feel the financial stress reduce to some extent as she started huddling with the baby boy. And being free, Soma then touched her mother and father’s feet one by one…. Goutam too followed that as they blessed their sweet children touching their heads with their hands.
And getting so much respect, naturally Supriyadevi’s mind totally diverted from the terrible financial crisis they were now facing as she once again looked at her cute grandson’s innocent face. Heavenly smile spread all over Raja’s angelic face…. he was giggling as Pritam looked at their grandson with a proud smile.
Goutam then heard the sound of calling bell and opening it, he saw his wife standing there with a broad smile who just came back from her parent’s house. Protibha came inside the livingroom and saw the others laughing in great joy with the company of the little baby.
She felt herself proud and extremely happy as she watched the blissful atmosphere in the livingroom of the great Chowdhury Family. Goutam was also feeling the same emotional bliss and oneness like his wife as he looked at his parent’s overjoyed faces.
“We’re really proud of you,” saying that the highly honored parents embraced their children and Bouma ( Son’s Wife ) in their arms as their eyes moistened with the feeling that they were the luckiest parent in the world.

Anyway having his lunch that day, Pritam went out with his fasting wife for a night stay at Tarun’s house where his wife would celebrate the ‘Rakhibandhan’ with her brother. Like her daughter, she’d never missed this sacred ritual of Bengal and meet her brother wherever she’d stayed or whichever she’d involved in.
After lunch, Goutam decided to take some rest in the livingroom watching his wife’s recently released movie ‘Bourani’ in the DVD player. On the other hand, putting her sleeping baby in the crib, Soma and her Boudi ( Brother’s Wife ) Protibha, sat on the big couch on either side of him.
They started gossiping about Protibha’s recent super-duper hit Hindi film ‘Rani Hindustani’ while taking whiskey with snacks. Since Soma was nursing, she didn’t currently drink alcohol, but that doesn’t stop Protibha or her husband. At one point, Protibha got up to refill the snack tray and make her husband another drink
